Grand Mercure Mysore - An Accor Brand Hotel, Mysore

I had an amazing time at the hotel during the Mysore Dussehra festivities. The location is perfect for watching the parade, and our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides, such as the crowded pool area and some issues with the check-in process.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient and the rooms were spacious, the service was lacking and some amenities seemed poorly managed. The dining experience could definitely be improved, given the premium price. Overall, it's a mixed bag with moments of comfort overshadowed by several shortcomings.
